For most sites I charge $350. (this is for 1 year) After 1 year, there's a $10. or $100 (if you pay for a year in advance) a month maintenance fee. If you have a business it's $550 (1 year) + $20. a month maintenance. I do custom graphics, pictures, & sound clips.
After the year is up, if you want a major overhaul, the price is the same as you paid to start with. If you just want to make slight changes it will be $150. and $10/$20. a month for updates.

There are a lot of places on the net to put up free sites, however, if you want your own domain name that is your responsibily to aquire the site. I recommend Esosoft When you go to Esosoft and your not sure which link to click on...., your wanting the "Virtual Hosting with your own Domain Name".

I have found a couple of other good place's that will host your site, at
